100% square edible flakes with an excellent pearlised lustre square, create an amazing light-catching sequin confetti effect. Flakes are water-soluble so, for best results, avoid using on wet icing, fresh cream or frozen products.
Each little flake approx 1.5mm - 2mm square with approx 7.08g in a clear plastic pot lid with a safety seal

Good sized pot - the flakes are virtually weightless so 20g actually means thousands of individual squares
As a guide, one 7g pot is enough to cover at least a 10" round cake. Apply with a mixing tray, sugarcraft dusting brush or food-approved paintbrush. Use a little edible glue for detailed areas.
Can be sprinkled onto royal icing, buttercream, frosting and sugarpaste fondant icing.
BBE at least 6 months and normally much longer - often years!
