How to use the chocolate moulds
Step 1: Melt the chocolate to the correct point, then pour it into your mould. Lightly tap the mould against the table to eliminate air bubbles.
Step 2: Place it under refrigeration until the smooth shape of the chocolate is highlighted (approximately 12 minutes).
Step 3: Once fully set, turn the mould upside down onto a clean surface then gently tap to release the chocolate. Your chocolate is ready!
