Chrissie's cakes and supplies paramount crystals are used to aid in the melting of chocolate, carob and yogurt coatings. It will help make the coatings smooth and easier to pour into moulds as well as thin out candy melts / chocolate coatings for ease in dipping and coating. Add a little a time, stirring between each addition until desired consistency is reached.
- Generally 1 tablespoon is used per pound of chocolate or One teaspoon suffices for two cups of melted chocolate.
- Add to a candy coating/ melts to help thin, make creamier and create a smooth consistency
- Made on equipment that processes Wheat, Milk, Egg, Soy & Tree nuts
