Roll out all of your cake covering mediums to an even thickness with these Marzipan and Sugarpaste Spacers by PME.
The spacers are made from durable, food grade plastic so they will not break or bend when rolling over them and applying pressure.
To use, simply place your spacers a distance apart that is a little smaller than your rolling pin. Then place your sugarpaste between the spacers and roll your sugarpaste until it is flat. As you are also rolling over the spacers you will be left with sugarpaste that is all the same thickness, making it easier to cover cakes and giving you a more overall even finish.
For best results we would recommend placing the spacers onto a non-slip board or mat before rolling out your sugarpaste so that they do not slip whilst you are rolling out.
