Modelling pastes are similar to sugarpaste, but dries more firm than a sugarpaste does. Because of this, it is better for creating models, flowers, and other decorations that are more detailed, and more delicate than your regular creation, whereas sugarpaste is better suited to covering cakes, and basic decorations.
This Sugar Modelling Paste has been specially formulated to dry firm, and non-sticky, making it ideal to use for making cake decorations where you want it to hold its shape, dry hard and keep intricate detail.
This modelling paste can be coloured with regular gel pastes.
