Sphere 50mm (5cm) mould is perfect for making hot chocolate bombs with hot cocoa mix, sprinkles, marshmallows etc placed inside.
The special 3-part moulds makes it easy to create the perfect chocolate shells every time unlike using conventional silicone moulds.
Instructions on how best to use the 3 piece chocolate moulds we stock ;
1 - Melt and temper the chocolate. Pour the chocolate into the mould up to the mark/line as shown on the mould, each cavity has a mark. Lightly tap the mould on a flat surface to remove any air bubbles;
2 - Right after, place the remaining two parts of the mould on top, (silicone film and then the acetate mould) applying a bit of pressure until the chocolate fills the cavity;
3 - Turn the mould upside down and use your hand to lightly rub around each cavity.
4 - Place it on the fridge until the chocolate peels off from the mould (about 11 minutes);
5 - Take the mould from the fridge and carefully remove the silicone film. Your chocolate shell is ready to be filled with your choice of filling!
How to use the 3D chocolate moulds?
Step 1: Melt the chocolate to the correct point, then pour it until the marking is smooth. Lightly tap the pan against the sink or table to eliminate air bubbles.
Step 2: Then, place the flexible form on the chocolate, fit the crease form, applying pressure so that the chocolate spreads on the sides.
Step 3: Turn the mould as shown, place it under refrigeration until the smooth shape of the chocolate is highlighted (approximately 12 minutes).
Step 4: Remove the mould with crease, then carefully remove the flexible one. Your chocolate is ready!
Clean the products with warm water before and after use;
Allow to dry naturally, without the use of paper and cloth;
Do not use dowels, soaps and detergents.
