CakeSafe Cake Combs - 17 designs
TIP: We find using Cake Combs on cold icing works the best. CakeSafe owner Juli chills her iced tiers for at least 1 hour before using a Cake Comb. Apply very light pressure with the Comb, and make many passes until the desired pattern is achieved.

The Julianne Cake Comb is named after our owner Juli (her full name Julianne). She hand drew the pattern that this Comb creates. That means it doesn't get more unique than this!

The Marissa Cake Comb is named after our employee Marissa. She goes with the flow, but is also the most precise person when it comes to her job. The Marissa Comb embodies her perfectly. Your very own Marissa Comb will give you precise lines, but with an elegant flow. We should all be so lucky to have our own Marissa.

Henry is a people pleaser. He's also a bit shallow, but not in a bad way. His grooves are a little less deep than combs you've seen before, but this is so he can provide you with texture -or- stripes. Henry is shallow enough so you can twirl him around your cake and not fill in with a different color stripe. He'll do whatever you please. ;)

Camellia is prim and proper, but has a wild side. She likes sipping tea at garden parties and going dancing to reggae music. Camellia will provide your high end clients with a classic and elegant design if that's the look you're going for. Or you can use her for a little more of a rustic look by not swiping around so many times.

More texture, more problems? Nope! Little Ophelia still gets down to business, but does it with a little less polish and a little more earthiness. She gives a more rustic texture than the original Ophelia. Reach for Little Ophelia when decorating a cake for venues set out in the countryside.

Saber is edgy (no pun intended). He thinks regular zig zag patterns are sellouts. He's here to provide you with the unique texture you're looking for. He stays emotionless on the exterior, but when you praise the pattern he's making in your buttercream, he gets all warm and fuzzy inside.

Tabitha is quirky. When she's all alone in your cabinet she'll put on pom pom earrings and slippers that look like Pugs. She marches to the beat of her own drum. Depending on the texture of your buttercream she might give you sharper points or more internal grooves.

Gertrude is the opposite of our Ophelia Cake Comb, both in personality and looks. Gertrude is a bit forgetful and absentminded, but when she shows up for work she gives great results. The texture Gertrude gives your cake is as unique as she is! Made from 1/8" thick clear acrylic.
Hank is our Henry Cake Comb's father. He's a stand up guy with an even temperament, just like his stripes. He taught Henry everything he knows in terms of work ethic and always doing a job the right way. He'll give you very wide, yet clean stripes.
Henrietta is our Henry Cake Comb's younger sister. She's the little sister with the BIG personality. Her stripes are bolder than Henry's, both deeper and wider.
Oliver is a quiet soul. He enjoys nights at home in his office, working on computer coding. His comb pattern is precise yet one-of-a-kind. His design will create bands of different widths, with no one band repeating from the top edge of your cake to the bottom. Your cake will look equally as good filled in with different colored stripes or left as a texture.
Raven is sharp witted and sharp tempered. You don't want to mess with her... Seriously folks, watch your fingers. Raven's sharp spikes or indents will give your cake an extremely unique look. This design came straight out of our owner Juli's brain. We've never seen anything like it.
Rachel is an eternal optimist. She's cheerful, high energy, and down right bubbly. If you're in trouble (perhaps you screwed up your straight icing?), she'll show up to help you out, and leave you with some of her bubbly energy.
Elizabeth is refined yet free spirited. Her curves are graceful yet unpredictable. No two curves are the same but her overall effect is one of elegance and refinement, with a touch of whimsy.
